PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Medical programming, planning and design services on a $47 million addition and alterations project for the Irwin Army Community Hospital at Ft Riley, Kansas. Services included evaluations of existing conditions, preparation of a Healthcare Requirements Analysis (HCRA) and Concept of Operations, site and building planning, cost estimating and the analysis of construction phasing requirements. As the task leader, he was responsible for maintaining quality control and assembly the final project planning book documentation.
