PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Medical project programming and planning services associated with a new $24 million consolidated medical and dental clinic and $57 million in alterations to the existing Evans Army Community Hospital at Ft Carson, Colorado. Responsibilities included managing multiple site visits, planning charrettes and interviews with medical leadership and the development of project planning solutions. The final project planning reports included existing condition evaluations, a Healthcare Requirements Analysis (HCRA), a Concept of Operations, site and building planning solutions, a project cost estimate and construction phasing requirements analysis.
