PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Programming and schematic design for a new 5 story, 130,000 GSF combined Information Technology /Bio-Medical Laboratory with varying degrees of bio-safety level classifications, lab support space, and enclosed offices for medical personnel. As the site was located in a 100-year floor plan, all occupied floors including the entrance plaza were elevated above existing grade. The complex also included a mutli-story parking structure.
